Carly Richmond
Carly is a Developer Advocate at Elastic. Prior to this she worked in technology for a large investment bank. She held many roles including Senior Front-end Engineer, Scrum Master and Team Lead.
She has been building software since 2011, having joined as a graduate fresh out of university. Carly is passionate about Frontend Web Development, UX and Agility. She loves learning, supporting and mentoring other developers. Carly also loves sharing her development experiences and lessons in the pursuit of inspiring other to build impactful software in a better way.
When she is not building software Carly is an avid blogger and speaker. Outside of technology, Carly loves photography, cooking, tea and chasing after her energetic son.
