Carly Richmond
Carly is a Developer Advocate and Manager at Elastic and a former Principal Developer Advocate. Before this, she worked in technology for a large investment bank, holding many roles, including Senior Front-end Engineer, Scrum Master, and Team Lead.
She has been building software since 2011, joining as a graduate fresh out of university. Carly is passionate about Frontend Web Development, UX, and Agility. She loves learning, supporting, and mentoring other developers. Carly also loves sharing her development experiences and lessons to inspire others to build impactful software better.
Carly is an avid blogger and speaker when she is not building software. Outside of technology, Carly loves photography, cooking, tea and chasing after her energetic son.
